Our team members have more than 40 years of combined experience in restoration.
Many larger restoration companies hire temporary or short-term workers with no prior experience and little formal training. At TriForce, training is non-negotiable. In fact, even our sales and marketing team members are certified so they can speak knowledgeably with homeowners, business owners, and insurance partners.

Owner
A native of Oklahoma, Kim began her career working in a microbiology lab and spent nearly a decade in health and safety in the oil and gas industry. In addition to her bachelor’s degree in biology and microbiology and her master’s degree in occupational health and safety, she holds IICRC and Xactimate certifications. She started in the restoration industry in 2018 and is passionate about providing high-quality restoration services to people across the entire state of Oklahoma. As owner, Kim is deeply involved in day-to-day operations — not just managing the business, but actively supporting field teams, clients, and partners.
Outside of work, she’s a wife to her handsome husband and a mommy to one wonderful son.

Outside of work, James is a passionate sports fan who cheers for the Las Vegas Raiders, Oklahoma Sooners, Chicago Cubs, and OKC Thunder any chance he gets. Family is at the heart of everything he does. James and his wife Christina have been married for 33 years and have three grown children: two daughters who are teachers and a son who works as an accountant. His favorite role, though, is being “Papa” to his 2-year-old grandson, who he loves spending time with, along with his loyal German Shepherd, Hank.

When he’s not on the job, Cristian enjoys watching sports, especially cheering on his Las Vegas Raiders and following the NBA. He spends a lot of time outdoors hiking and fishing and enjoys taking his five dogs (three Frenchies, a chocolate lab, and a golden doodle) to the dog park and other outdoor adventures. He spends as much time as he can with his extended family — his sister, brother, nieces, and nephews — while also enjoying life at home in Del City with his wife of six years.

Outside of work, Frankie enjoys fishing, noodling, and spending quality time with his family. He and his wife are raising their four children (ages 9, 7, 3, and 1) along with a growing flock of chickens at their home in Newcastle.

Outside of work, Chance enjoys a wide range of outdoor hobbies including hunting, fishing, camping, and farming. He’s also a beekeeper and loves animals, especially his three pythons and his loyal dog, Mia. Family is a big part of his life, and he spends as much time as possible with his mother, sisters, and niece.
